SHIPPING FEES

  • $20 Standard Shipping on orders under $100.
  • Free Shipping on orders over $100.
  • Free Shipping on all Spare Parts orders.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

  • Orders for all parts and accessories are dispatched from our Melbourne distribution centre (Truganina, VIC).
  • We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
  • We currently only deliver within Australia.

Australian Deliveries

  • Deliveries are managed by Team Global Express (TGE).
  • You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
  • Authority to Leave (ATL): By default, TGE may deliver your package with ATL if the location is deemed safe. If the location is not deemed safe to leave and no one is home to receive your delivery, your package will be sent to a collection facility. You will be notified of collection or redelivery function.

Please note: SharkNinja is not liable for any missing parcels that have a valid Proof of Delivery (POD) recorded by TGE.
