Emptying the Robot Dust Bin

After each cleaning session or as needed

Press the release button on the back of the robot and slide out the dust bin.

Hold over a trash can. Press the release button while lifting the lid using the finger slots.

Empty the debris. Optionally wipe the bin with a damp cloth.

If washed, air-dry for 48 hours before reinserting.

Cleaning the Filter

Every time you empty the dust bin  ·  Replace every 6–12 months

Remove the dust bin and take out the orange filter using the tabs.

Lightly tap the filter over a trash can to remove dust and dirt.

Use a dry cloth or soft brush for any remaining debris. Reinsert the filter, then slide the dust bin back until it clicks.

Never use water or soap on the filter — this will permanently damage it.

Cleaning the Brushroll

Regularly / as needed  ·  Replace every 6–12 months or when visibly worn

Push up on the tabs of the brushroll door and lift it off.

Remove the brushroll and take off the end cap. Clean off all hair and debris.

Replace the cap and reinstall the brushroll, inserting the flat end first.

Close the brushroll door and press down until both sides click into place.

Cleaning the Side Brushes

Regularly / as needed  ·  Replace when visibly worn

Turn the robot over. Pull the side brush off the post on the bottom of the robot.

Carefully unwind and remove any hair or string from the brush and post.

Gently wipe the brush with a dry cloth. Clean the side brush post on the bottom of the robot.

Align the square hole of the brush with the square post and press until it clicks. Spin the brush to confirm it moves freely.

Cleaning or Replacing the Mop Pad

Auto-washed after each wet clean  ·  Machine wash every 3 months  ·  Replace every 2 years

After every wet clean, your NeverTouch™ Pro Base automatically washes and dries the mop pad. Additional machine washing or replacement is only needed periodically.

Carefully pull the mop pad away from the pad plate.

Slide the pad off to one side.

Slide a clean or new pad into the edge of the plate. Press lightly to secure.

 

Machine wash every 3 months on a gentle cycle. Mop pad colour may vary by model.
