  • 10ml Monin Watermelon Syrup
  • Single Espresso Shot — Golden Brown, Signature Blend
  • Ice
  • Dehydrated Grapefruit Wheel

Method

  1. Add still water and ice into the glass.
  2. Add watermelon and red grapefruit syrups and stir.
  3. Top with espresso.
  4. Garnish with dehydrated grapefruit wheel.
